Our Vision: To avail a bottle  authentic, verifiable and traceable honey to every of the 290 sub counties in Kenya by 2032.

Mister Bee is an innovator company that currently offers state of the art modern bee keeping solutions in Kenya and Africa. Our current solution is branded Mister Bee Concrete Hive which is the first ever Langstroth concrete Bee hive. Mister Bee concrete hive is now a true game changer in bee keeping as it has answered to age old problems that had hampered bee keeping.

Our Journey

Mister Bee is an apiculture specialized organization focused on research based solutions to bee keeping. Our research dates back to 2015 when in collaboration with our global partners, we engaged in a research on innovative bee hive that would answer age old challenges that hampered bee keeping and eventually honey production in Africa.

In 2020 the first prototype for concrete hives was successful and we spent another year doing trials in Kenya so as to achieve the correct engineering optimization and yes! We made it towards the end of 2020. We tried our first Kenyan prototype and two weeks after setting it up, it was colonized! Amazingly in 2 months’ time we did our first harvest from the first ever concrete hive in Kenya. At almost the same time, we harvested honey from one other African country and so Kenya became the second country in the world to harvest honey from a concrete hive. What a joy and a privilege this this has been to offer quality solutions to the industry.
